Join myself, along with chef Paul West and dietician Professor Clare Collins in the latest episodes of ABC Catalyst – How Food Works. In this two part food science documentary, we take a look at how food is grown, produced and cooked. We take a look at bananas, avocados, frozen fish, the works!

In Part 1, I head to Sydney to find out how to cook the perfect steak and unlock the secrets of microwave cooking. And in Part 2, I visit a wasabi farm in Tasmania, and also explore the science of sparkling wine.
